Someone calls you back to set a time. We show up, get on the roof, and photograph every slope, valley, penetration and the gutters. If there is damage you get the photos and a line-itemed scope. If there is not, we say so — that happens plenty, and it is a better outcome for you than a claim you did not need.
We will not knock on your door after a storm and tell you your roof is totalled from the ground. We will not file an insurance claim on your behalf. We will not offer to cover your deductible.
